Welcome to the website of Lutterworth & District Choral Society (informally Lutterworth Choral). On October 25th, we were thrilled to join forces  with Leicester Philharmonic Choir, Market Harborough Choral Society and Leicester Symphony Orchestra in a thrilling performance of Verdi’s exhilarating Requiem at a packed Leicester Grammar School! It was an evening that will live long in the memory and whetted the appetite for more such collaborations in the future! See video clips on our Facebook page!

Anticipation is building for our annual Christmas Concert at St. Mary’s Church on December 6th (see below for details).  This will be our final concert with our popular Music Director Sarah Stephens. It has been an incredible journey that we have had the privilege to share with her since her arrival in 2021. As much as we will miss Sarah, we look forward greatly to the arrival of Philip Millward who will take up his role as our new MD in January.

In memoriam: It is with regret that we acknowledge the passing of Mick Curtis, Christine Sidey and Geraldine Tew; much-loved members (past and present) of LDCS. We are thankful for their contributions to the Society and pay tributes to lives well-lived.
